Neil Ganz

Chairman and CEO, Co-founder

Neil is an entrepreneur, seasoned executive, and business transformation expert with 27 years of leadership, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and corporate development experience in the US and abroad. In 2016, Mr. Ganz co-founded PowerSphyr to simplify power delivery, giving customers the wireless charging experiences they need. Prior to co-founding PowerSphyr, Mr. Ganz founded GPX International, which grew into the 30th largest tire manufacturer in the world through the rapid transformation of sales, manufacturing, and operational practices. Areas of Experience: Strategic planning; new business development; capital and fundraising; operational transformation and management; and outsourcing.

Steve Van Fleteren

Co-founder and CTO

Steve Van Fleteren is a seasoned engineer with more than forty years of experience designing analog radio frequency, microwave, millimeter-wave, optical components, subsystems, and systems for high reliability military, civil and commercial spacecraft, military programs, commercial microwave instrumentation, consumer DBS and VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) markets, and Fiber Optic Networks.  He has held Chief Engineer and senior engineering positions at several Silicon Valley companies including Lockheed Martin Space Systems, General Dynamics Mission Systems, Centerpoint Broadband Technologies, Loral Globalstar/Cyberstar, Varian, Titan Corporation, TRW, Airborne Instruments Labs and Watkins-Johnson.  He has an MSEE in Solid State Physics from Stanford University and a BSEng from Oakland University with honors.  He has published several papers and has had a patent granted with two patents pending.  Steve is an active member of the IEEE SCV MTT Society and the Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society.

Dennis Farmer

Co-founder and Board Member 

Dennis is a 40-year Silicon Valley sales veteran with over $500M in credited sales. His experience includes technical sales for AMD, DEC, Samsung, AMI, ON Semiconductor as well as subcontract manufacturing and PCB sales.  Working as a manufacturer’s representative for I Squared and currently with Electec, Dennis has extensive experience with ASIC and Foundry services with ON Semi and Samsung. ​

After serving in the US Navy during the Vietnam War, Dennis attended San Jose State University earning a BS in Aeronautics. Dennis has worked as a Production Test Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Applications Engineering Manager, Product Marketing Manager prior to his 37 plus years as a Manufacturer’s Representative.​

His skill set includes Prospecting, Business Development, Program Management of Asic and Foundry services as well as a standard product.

Anthony W. Schweiger

Board Member

Anthony W. Schweiger, Master CMB, is CEO and Managing Principal of The Tomorrow Group, LLC, a C-level management consulting firm. He also serves as Managing Director of RML Advisors, a mortgage banking risk management consultancy. He has over 40 years’ experience in all facets of mortgage banking, real estate lending, and finance.   He has built and turned around mortgage banking enterprises with regional and national scope and has served as a director and advisor to public and private companies with roles as governance, audit, and compensation committee chairman.

He has served as a director and Governance Chair of Radian Group from 1992 to May of 2012 as well served at various times as a member of its Finance, Compensation, Audit and Executive Committees. He was a director of Paragon Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of material handling machinery from May 2001 until March 2008 and served as Chairman of Paragon’s Audit and Compensation Committees. He became a Director of United Financial Mortgage Corporation, a residential mortgage company, in September 2004 and served as that company’s Audit and Governance Committee Chairman until it became private in 2005.

 

His experience includes being the co-founder and Chairman of e-brilliance, LLC, an IT consultancy from 2001 to June 2010. Prior to founding e-brilliance, LLC and The Tomorrow Group, LLC, he served at different times as the President and Chief Executive Officer, and the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, of Meridian Mortgage Corporation.

Tony is also a director of several development stage companies and currently serves as the governance and finance chairman of the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center.  He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Master Certified Mortgage Banker (“CMB”) designation.

Howie Fleck

Chief of Software


Howie Fleck has over 35 years of software experience that includes the full range of software engineering: architecture, requirements, design, implementation, integration & test and acceptance test. Works with other cross discipline team members to ensure system/software architecture and interfaces (internal hardware, commercial-off-the-shelf, and external users/APIs) provide the intended functionality.
